As a Solution Consultant, you would help our clients use speech AI solutions to improve their operational efficiency and gain insights into their customer interactions. You are a key player in an energetic team of highly skilled and entrepreneurial professionals, who are ready to disrupt the business process. You should have strong experience on supporting the solutions sales cycle, and working with the IT team of enterprise clients. Responsibilities
- Represent the company as technical contact in the presales stage;
- Present and demo the solutions to clients;
- Support the clients for initial PoC;
- Discuss with clients on the scope of the solution, including the architecture fitting into client’s infrastructure;
- Support RFP submissions;
- Align with client’s technical staff to secure deals
- Prepare coaching materials and business cases to train sales team and partner
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 3 year experience in solution consulting
- Strong demo, presentation & written skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, energetic and organized
- Prior experience on NLP or speech recognition a plus
- Good understanding of business processes in FSI a plus
