Fano Labs Awarded as The Happiest SME to Work For in 2022

Excited to announce that Fano Labs has been awarded by the Chief Happiness Officer Association as The Happiest SME To Work For in 2022. The CHO Appreciation Awards is a recognition of our efforts and contributions to improving employee engagement & experience, digital transformation, people transformation, psychological wellness, and innovation in building a happy culture. We will continue to strive our best in promoting and bringing positive energy to our employees! The Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Award Ceremony was held on 11 November at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. The Ceremony was joint by over 200 participants and witnessed the recognition of the top enterprises with the happiest culture. After a two-month professional evaluation process, the association selected a total of 19 award-winning companies in Hong Kong, which have become models of happy corporate culture.

Since 2021, the Association will hold the first Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Award to recognize, reward and thank organizations that truly promote the concept of the Chief Happiness Officer, among which 10 organizations have become the role model in three key areas: corporate psychological well-being, corporate transformation and corporate culture.
