As part of our commitment to continuous innovation and delivering the best possible service to our clients, we at Fano Labs have an important update regarding our AI Interaction Analytics System, Callinter.

After several successful years, we will officially be ending support for Callinter 1.0 on 30 September 2023. After this date, Callinter 1.0 will no longer receive any patch updates or technical assistance from our team. While this decision was not taken lightly, it is a necessary step in our journey towards providing more advanced, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to our users.

We are also excited to announce that Callinter 2.0 is now live and ready for you to explore. Our team has been working tirelessly to develop this new version, incorporating user feedback, and integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance your experience.

With Callinter 2.0, you can expect:

  • Improved Analytics: Enhanced AI algorithms for more accurate and comprehensive data analysis
  • Greater Usability: A more intuitive user interface for smoother navigation and operation between all our other language AI solutions
